Royal Star Mobility offers Economy, Standard, Premium, and Luxury vehicles for personal transportation, commuting, approved business use, and other authorized purposes.
Vehicle availability, make, model, trim, color, and features may vary. A specific vehicle is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
All renters and authorized drivers must:
Have a valid driver’s license
Meet the minimum age requirement for the selected vehicle class
Provide valid proof of insurance
Maintain liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage while the vehicle is in their possession
Approved delivery, courier, rideshare, or gig use requires insurance that specifically covers that activity and the rented vehicle.
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.
The vehicle may not be used for illegal activity, racing, towing, off-road driving, driver training, transporting hazardous materials, or any reckless or unsafe purpose.
Gig, delivery, courier, or rideshare use is allowed only with prior written approval.
The vehicle must be returned at the approved location, date, and time in substantially the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
The renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it is returned, accepted, and inspected by Royal Star Mobility.
The renter is responsible for loss, theft, damage, towing, storage, deductibles, loss of use, diminished value where applicable, and other amounts not paid by insurance.
All accidents, theft, vandalism, or damage must be reported to Royal Star Mobility immediately.
Do not authorize repairs, towing, or storage without approval, except when necessary for immediate safety.
Extension requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.
An extension is not approved until Royal Star Mobility confirms it in writing and all required payments are completed.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus:
$25 for Economy and Standard vehicles
$35 for Premium and Luxury vehicles
The renter is responsible for:
Tolls and toll-processing charges
Parking and traffic violations
Fuel charges
Mileage overages
Late-return charges
Cleaning and odor-removal fees
Towing, storage, and impound fees
Vehicle recovery costs
Damage and insurance deductibles
A security deposit may be required.
Royal Star Mobility may apply the deposit toward unpaid charges, damage, fuel, tolls, cleaning, late fees, or other documented amounts owed.
Any remaining balance will be returned after inspection and final account review, subject to payment-processing times.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
Royal Star Mobility may terminate the rental and lawfully recover the vehicle if it is not returned, is used unlawfully, is operated without required insurance, or is used in violation of the rental agreement.
Royal Star Mobility is not responsible for personal belongings left in or around the vehicle.
The signed Rental Agreement and Standard Terms and Conditions govern every rental.
By booking or accepting a vehicle, the renter agrees to comply with all rental requirements, charges, policies, and return conditions.
